Our UK colocation services are delivered from a Tier III–grade data centre environment, designed for high availability, resilience, and security. The facility features fully redundant power infrastructure with dual utility feeds, N+1 UPS systems, and diesel generator backup with extended on-site fuel capacity. Power is delivered via diverse A and B feeds to customer racks, ensuring continuous operation during maintenance or fault conditions.

Networking is built for resilience and performance, with fully redundant core switching, diverse fibre paths, and multiple upstream carriers. Low-latency connectivity, scalable bandwidth options, and support for BGP and customer-owned IP space are available. The network is monitored and managed 24/7 to ensure consistent performance and rapid fault response.

Physical security is comprehensive and multi-layered, including perimeter security, manned reception, CCTV coverage, access-controlled mantraps, and individual rack security. Access is strictly controlled and logged, with on-site technical staff available around the clock for remote hands and emergency support.

Environmental systems are designed for stability and efficiency, with N+1 cooling, hot- and cold-aisle containment, continuous temperature and humidity monitoring, and proactive alerting. Fire detection and suppression systems are in place to protect both customer equipment and the wider facility.
