Pastaio Pasta Restaurant Carnaby

Pastaio is a fresh pasta-centric restaurant in the heart of Soho from Stevie Parle. We are based on Ganton Street in Soho, and use top notch British produce to create simple, original and delicious pasta dishes.

Situated in in a stripped back dining room with great music and a short but fun drinks offer we’ve worked with our friend British designer Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studios to create a colourful, contemporary open space with three big share tables, some two tops and an open kitchen.
