Based in Hertfordshire with my husband and two children, Bertie and Betsy, I am an award-winning chef, author and food stylist.Over 10 years ago I launched Sophie Wright Catering, abusiness catering celebrity dinners to children’s parties, and everything between. I have been a panellist on BBC Radio 4’s The Kitchen Cabinet for six years and, more recently, became an ambassador for Tesco Baby Club. I am the author of four recipe books. The latest, Blooming Delicious, was written with the help of top nutritional therapist Henrietta Norton while I was pregnant with my son, and includes selected recipes for every stage, from pre-conception through to early motherhood.
